Private sessions are available by appointment. You can book a single session, however most clients sign up for a block to reserve their regular session slot over the block duration. Steady practice of weekly or twice weekly sessions really help each client to learn the Pilates method, in order to recognise their habitual movement patterns that often result in overuse/mis-use of muscles. As each person's body awareness deepens, a new path to learn healthy, fucntional movement opens up (!), reducing chronic tension and promote numerous changes within their body.
