Private Mat Sessions at Your Home

Too busy or too far to get to a class? Limited number of private (matwork) sessions are available from the comfort of your home, though they will be dependant on your home location and day/time for a session.  Private sessions are ideal for a complete beginner to learn the Pilates fundamentals prior to joining a group , or anyone with chronic pain or medical conditions that require exercise modifications to ensure safety & effectiveness of the Pilates method.
