offers face to face (in-studio) 1:1 sessions in Bush Hill Park (Enfield) and
live-streaming Pilates online sessions for both groups & individuals via zoom.
In-person private sessions at your home or group sessions (at workplace) may also be arranged on request. All sessions are taught by Katie Takashima, a certified teacher by Pilates Foundation.

At Choose Pilates, Katie integrates the MELT Method into her Pilates sessions to help people identify how daily repetitive movement and habitual postures can weaken our connective tissue, leading to chronic tension and pain.
MELT techniques rehydrates many layers of our connective tissue to release long held tension stored in our body.
The techniques works deeply with our autonnmic nervous sytem and boosts our body's innate stability mechanisms
After MELT, you'll feel more grounded with keener BodySense (somatic awareness ) to perform Pilates exercises with more precision.
Katie teaches regular MELT sessions in-studio and online .
