Due to popular demand, the studio is introducing small group matwork courses on weekends. Limited to a maximum of 3 people per group, the class is arranged over 4 weeks as a course to ensure each participant will learn the Pilates principles and the exercises with hands-on guidance and improve their knowledge and technique by regular practice. Pilates studio starter package
Pilates specialised equipment provides greater joint support & resistance, and studio private sessions offer far greater options for Pilates exercise to cater individual needs, from lower back pain sufferer to a marathon runner.
During May & June, the studio offers a starter package consisting of 1 x 75min private studio equipment session followed by 2 x 60min private sessions (£135.00. 5 week validity).
